Interests
Apart from being a developer, I enjoy most of my time being outdoors. In the winter, I am an avid skier and novice ice climber. During the warmer months, I enjoy biking, free climbing, and jogging.
When forced indoors, I enjoy competitive programming in different platforms and I like playing chess and mobile games, especially the ones related to football. I follow a number of sci-fi and fantasy, educational genre movies and television shows. I am an aspiring chef, and I spend a large amount of my free time exploring the latest technology advancements in the application development world.
Math is an essential part of our lives. It is everywhere, starting from planning your day to doing simple grocery shopping. Sometimes we feel difficulties in calculating those daily simple math operations and start using calculators which may cause inconvenience and decrease our performance.
Matrain is simple math game that’s designed to develop your arithmetic operations skills in an easy and fun way. All you need to do is to spend several minutes of your day to practice your math and eventually, you won’t need to look for a calculator to know how much money you will need to buy the products in the grocery list. Matrain consists of three levels: easy, medium, and hard. In each level, you will be given 20 seconds. For every correct answer, 2 seconds will be added whereas 1 second is subtracted for a wrong answer from the total time. Every level uses different arithmetic operators and scoring policies. Easy + Medium - + Hard - + * .
I also uploaded the source code of the app to my github account so anyone who wants to contribute to the app, can download and make their contributions.
When I was a freshman, I found it difficult to get used to a completely new education system, with new rules and new grading policies. Moreover, it was quite confusing to find the right building on a big campus.
Now, I am super excited to introduce you the "Gachon Students Handbook". This app can be a handbook and guide for every Gachon University International Student. After reading the guide students will be familiar with rules, the Gachon campus, important apps, and most importantly with the education system of the university.
I made the app using the MIT app inventor which was introduced to us during the "Creative N-Tree camp" at the end of the semester.I have uploaded the aia file of the app to my github account so anyone who wants to contribute to the app, can download and make their contributions.
Managing classes is easier and more convenient than ever.
- register classes,
- set alarms before each class,
- get notified before assignment deadlines,
- have your online classes links notified before each class,
- get detailed attendance reports.
The Scheduler not only helps you organize your classes but also reminds your assignment deadlines and class start times. All you need to do is while registering the app set fill in the alarm time and do not forget the class link if it is online. Then alarm notifies at that time with a registered class link which makes it easy to get to your meeting.
The assignment management section of the app is another important feature that is supported in the Scheduler. Once you had your assignment registered it will appear on the assignments list where demonstrates how much time is left until the deadline. Moreover, each assignment will be deleted automatically once it is notified and done.
In the Attendance section there demonstrated detailed information of both general and each class-specific data. General information is shown in the form of a pie chart with percentages whereas each class has attendance information for each class day.
The Scheduler has a school weblink section where you can set your school home page address which makes it easy to open right from the app.
